To support even deeper transformation, I also integrate a powerful therapeutic process called the IMPRINT Method — an approach designed to help you release emotional blocks by working not just with the mind, but with the body, imagination, and subconscious.
The IMPRINT Method (short for Imaginal Processing & Rewiring through Neural Transformation) is grounded in the understanding that our bodies carry emotional memory. Sometimes we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by old patterns that don’t seem to shift—even when we try to think our way out of them. That’s where this method comes in.
By using gentle techniques like body awareness, guided imagery, inner dialogue, and even specific eye movements or tapping, we can access the deeper layers of the psyche where emotional patterns live. This process helps us connect with the parts of ourselves that have been holding pain, fear, or outdated beliefs—and gently update them with new, more empowering ones.

Tuning into where an emotion lives in the body
Visualizing it as a shape, color, or symbol
Exploring the story or memory behind it through guided imagery
Connecting with the part of you holding the emotion (like the Inner Child or Protector)
Gently releasing that outdated part with compassion
Choosing and embodying a new emotional state
Using tools like tapping or eye movements to help the brain fully integrate the shift
Creating a clear inner image of the new state to reinforce it daily
